科研活动1.作为课题负责人,独立申请和承担了国家自然科学基金青年基金项目“多叶片通道环境下压气机端区非定常流动的跨通道传播特性”(2010.01-2012.12)。针对倍受关注的轴流压气机失速触发机理和先兆信号诊断,紧密联系国际学术前沿,制定研究内容和实施方案,创新性地获得了叶顶端区流场非定常波动调频特性和周向传播特征随压气机节流表现出的两段发展模式、及对应两段模式的典型失速特征,为发展早期失速先兆信号检测和预警方法提供了指导和借鉴。目前,该项目已顺利结题,相关研究结果发表于《工程热物理学报》、《机械工程学报》、《Journal of Thermal Science》、ASME Turbo Expo 2013、ISAIF 2011等期刊和会议。
2. 受实验室主任委托,全面负责了与声学所合作课题(包括中科院知识创新工程重要方向项目在内的3个课题)的申请、实施和结题工作,完成了包括不同类型泵体在内的多种过流元件的几何建模、流场和声场特性的数值模拟和分析,及以改善噪声特性为目的的几何外形优化。期间,根据课题研究目标和进度安排,积极配合声学所开展相关研究工作,并结合自身专业特长积极提出有益的研究建议,从而推进研究课题的顺利实施。一方面锻炼了与合作单位的沟通和协调能力,另一方面,通过自身努力学习,并在合作团队师生的帮助下,从零开始学习和掌握了气动声学的基础理论和专业知识,增长了专业技能,锻炼和增强了学习能力。相关研究结果发表于《声学学报》和《机械工程学报》。
3.作为核心骨干成员,与研究团队一起参与执行国家973项目子课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目和国际合作课题,协助完成相关研究内容和结题验收工作,培养了团队配合与协作能力,拓宽了专业范围。一方面,持续深化压气机非定常失稳机理和调控方法研究,开展了跨音速轴流压气机叶顶泄漏流自激非定常特征和触发机制、及非定常叶顶泄漏流对叶顶微喷气和处理机匣非定常响应机制的研究,总结并建立了涵盖亚音速和跨音速轴流压气机的喷气参数与其扩稳效果的统一关联特性。另一方面,以此为契机开始接触并从事叶片优化设计的研究,在课题组原有基础上自主改进和编制正反问题数值求解和优化程序,用于改进压气机设计。相关研究结果发表于《工程热物理学报》、《Journal of Thermal Science》、ASME Turbo Expo等期刊和会议。
4.以企业需求和应用为背景,将基础理论与实际应用相结合,积极推进科研成果的转移和转化。首先,在研究团队与上气集团的长期合作中发挥了重要协作作用,协助研究团队开展叶栅实验、校核模拟和人员培训等工作。其次,借助中科院院地合作专项,与天津市通风机厂合作开发高效低噪音双级对旋式轴流风机新产品,并加工生产样机。最后,针对某机车用牵引风机,为提高工作压力,开展了改进设计的数值优化工作,并达到预定要求。
5.曾负责召集课题组学术讨论会;多次负责组织和接待外宾来华访问和交流、及组织出国参加学术会议和访问交流,包括审批手续和签证办理、出访行程制定和安排等。在扩大学术视野的同时,锻炼了对内和对外的组织、沟通和协调能力。
6.积极配合和协助实验室导师群完成学生培养工作,在实践中指导和帮助研究生尽快进入科研状态,通过讨论和学习实现共同进步。
