研究领域
主要从事粒子物理尤其是标准模型的低能唯象理论研究。

我们研究组主要的研究方向集中在量子色动力学(QCD)与强子物理，主要涉及非微扰强相互作用、量子场论中的非微扰方法，以及新强子态的研究。

研究内容包括：手征对称性及手征拉氏量、重夸克有效理论、QCD求和规则、量子场论中的束缚态问题、末态相互作用及重味物理中的CP破坏、粲物理（charm physics）及轻强子谱、新强子态及奇特态(exotic state)、强子-强子散射、耦合道效应等。
个人简介刘翔，2009年起任兰州大学萃英特聘教授、博士生导师

2009年教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者和2008年“全国百篇优秀博士学位论文”获得者。2000年至2006年在南开大学物理学院学习，取得理论物理专业博士学位。2006年至2008年在北京大学物理学院理论物理研究所从事博士后研究。随后，获葡萄牙科学技术基金会（FCT）资助在葡萄牙科英布拉大学(Coimbra University)从事粒子物理研究。
