研究领域长期从事免疫细胞活化和分化的信号转导机制和人类疾病的免疫病理损伤机制研究。同时关注病毒入侵受体和免疫细胞表面受体介导的异常炎症反应,包括炎症-肿瘤演变的机制研究。为肿瘤的免疫治疗、早期诊断,抗病毒新药研发提供作用靶点,同时为新型疫苗的设计和效力评估提供新技术手段。

研究方向病毒与宿主细胞间相互作用;淋巴细胞受体所介导的信号转导通路和表观遗传调控机制与病毒性疾病的关系;淋巴细胞活化和分化在病毒感染引起的炎症和肿瘤发生中的作用。
