工作简历: 齐力旺,男,分子遗传学博士,1962年5月生,研究员,博士生导师,中共党员。现任中国林科院林业研究所遗传学首席专家,遗传改良研究室副主任;中国生物工程学会第五届理事会常务理事,中国林学会林木育种专业委员会(本届)常委、副秘书长,中国植物学会植物结构与生殖生物学专业委员会(本届)委员。毕业工作以来,一直从事落叶松、杨树等林木遗传育种与生物技术的教学与科研工作,讲授“植物遗传学”、“林木遗传育种学”、“群体遗传学”等课程10多轮;1993-2003年,主要进行针阔叶树种等林木花草的组织培养快速繁育、分子生物学、体细胞胚胎发生及其分子育种等生物技术方面的研究;致力于落叶松、杨树以及极端干旱植物的细胞工程、染色体工程、基因分离、miRNA遗传调控等功能基因组学、分子育种、新种质创制等研究。2001年至今,以落叶松、杨树的遗传学、细胞生物学及分子育种为重点研究方向,建立了杨树、落叶松细胞与分子高效育种技术与品种创制技术体系,研究与探索了林木生长发育相关的遗传学现象,揭示了速生优质林木培育的遗传基础及分子调控机制,在染色体、细胞与分子水平上进行落叶松、杨树、柠条等重大基础科学研究。参加科研项目47项,近年来负责及承担“973”、“863”重点、国家科技支撑计划、“948”、国家自然科学基金重点项目等30多项。获得落叶松转基因中间释放许可证16个(林技许准[2007]15-30);共发表学术论文150多篇,近7年来在《SilvaeGenetica》《中国科学C辑》《NewForests》《PlantCellReports》《PlantCell,TissueandOrganCulture》《TreeGeneticsandGenomics》《BiologiaPlantarum》《Ann.For.Sci.》《BBRC》《FrontiersofBiologyinChina》《PlantMolecularBiologyReporter》等刊物发表SCI论文36篇;科研成果6项;获奖5项,获得专利7项。

科研成果: 获国家转基因品种释放许可证16个;发表论文150余篇,2005年以来发表SCI论文30多篇。科研成果6项;获奖4项,获得专利6项。(1)成功建立了落叶松干细胞同步化子叶胚规模发生技术,建立了干细胞模式的落叶松繁育与分子育种技术平台。(2)开创落叶松转基因新方法,构建了落叶松分子育种体系。
