卢欣，博士，讲师，硕士生导师。2001－2005、2005-2007年在大连理工大学学习，分别获学士、硕士学位。2007－2013年在北京大学学习，获博士学位。2013-2015年在北京应用物理与计算数学研究所从事博士后工作。2015年到中国石油大学（北京）工作。2016年开始任硕士生导师。
