近年来一直从事项氧化物薄膜和异质结的制备与光电特性研究。作为负责人结题国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。作为骨干参加国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,北京市自然基金项目一项,教育部重点项目一项,研究成果先后在包括Applied Physics Letters、J. Phys. Chem. C 在内的等刊物上发表SCI 收录学术论文40多篇,其中第一作者论文13篇,申请相关的国家发明专利22项,已授权国家发明专利14项(其中第一申请人8项、第二申请人2项)。主讲两门本科生课程,三门研究生课。培养硕士研究生13人。
目前的研究兴趣集中在氧化物半导体的低维结构的制备与光电性质。其中主要包括ZnO,InSnO2,Cu2O的纳米线的制备和光电性质。欢迎报考。
