雷涯邻，女，汉族，中共党员。博士，教授，博士生导师。现任中国地质大学（北京）副校长。兼任教育部高等学校工商管理类专业教学指导委员会委员，中国管理科学与工程学会常务理事，中国地质矿产经济学会矿业权分会副理事长，国际SSCI期刊《ResourcesPolicy》副主编，《资源与产业》主编。

　　主要研究方向：资源和能源环境经济与政策、人力资源管理、战略管理等。

　　先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和专项项目共4项，国家软科学研究计划、科技部、国土部、国家地调局等省部级和国际合作项目30余项。独立及合作发表学术论文100余篇，其中国际SCI/SSCI检索论文80余篇；独立及合作出版学术专著（译著、教材等）10余部。2007年，被评为北京市总工会“教育创新标兵”，2011年入选北京市社科理论人才“百人工程”，2014年被评为首届中国地质大学（北京）研究生指导名师。主讲《人力资源管理》被评为北京市精品课程，主编《工商管理英语》被列为国家“十一五”规划教材，并被评为北京高等教育精品教材。先后获中国黄金协会科技成果二等奖，国家能源局软科学研究优秀成果奖二等奖，自然资源部国土资源科学技术奖二等奖。
