论文题目：On the efficiency of the dynamic equilibrium in an OLG model with natural resources

论文摘要：This paper is to study the existence, uniqueness and efficiency property of the dynamic competitive equilibrium in overlapping generations model with natural resources. Contrasting to the standard Diamond OLG model without natural capital, in which the dynamic equilibrium is not necessarily efficient, an hence, the first welfare theorem may fail, in the OLG model with natural resource owning linear regeneration function, the dynamic equilibrium exists uniquely, and is always efficient. We do not assume that the dynamic equilibrium path is a balanced growth path. Our result is an improvement of all the previous results in this direction, in particular, Betty Agnani, et al. (2005), who consider only exhaustible resources, and moreover, they do not prove the existence (and uniqueness) of the equilibrium, but assume the existence of the equilibrium and assume furthermore that the equilibrium path is a balanced growth path.
