刘智勇

刘智勇，男，河北唐山人。首都经贸大学公共管理系教师，日本东北大学博士（公共管理与公共政策方向）。
具有10余年的高校和行政机关教学、行政工作经历和经验，曾任河北大学教师，《人民日报（海外版）》特约编辑，国家教育行政部门干部。主要研究领域为公共管理与公共政策、西方行政改革理论与实务、城市发展与公共服务改革。出版著作2部，参与省部级研究课题多项，在《公共管理研究》《日本问题研究》《学际信息科学研究》等国内外期刊发表学术论文20余篇。在《人民日报》《中国教育报》《青年文摘》等报刊杂志发表文章几十篇。参与并组织“亚洲教育北京论坛”等多项国际国内重大活动，多次参加国际政治学会、日本行政学会、美国行政学会等组织的国际学术研讨会。现为日本行政学会、日本公益学会、日本公共政策学会会员。
