王传生 教授 工学博士 硕士生导师
     现为首都经济贸易大学副校长。2004年9月曾在德国亚琛大学进修一个月；2005年10月在美国新英格兰大学进修一个月。主要社会兼职有教育部管理科学与工程教学指导委员会委员；教育部本科教学评估专家；北京市高等教育研究会理事等。
     王传生教授长期致力于管理科学与工程领域的科学研究，主要研究方向为“项目管理”、“管理信息系统研究开发”，特别是在建筑工程造价的计价理论与方法的研究、企业定额的制定等方面，取得了一系列的研究成果。近年来，先后主持《已完工程造价数据库与企业定额的建立及应用研究》（教育部人文社会科学项目 06JD630010）等3项省部级和横向课题；出版《工程造价与企业定额编制》、
 《煤炭建筑工程计价理论与方法研究》著作2部，在《经济与管理研究》、《煤炭工程》等学术刊物和国际学术会议上发表“计算机模拟技术在企业定额编制中的应用研究”、“煤炭企业定额编制的ANN方法”、“vehicle routing problem and simultaneous delivery and pickup based on the cross-entropy method”等多篇学术论文。2009年获北京市优秀教学成果二等奖1项，首都经济贸易大学优秀教学成果一等奖2项。2004年6月获煤炭工业科技进步三等奖1项，山东省优秀教学成果三等奖1项，山东省教育厅科技进步一等奖1项，三等奖1项。
Wang Chuansheng, Professor Doctor in Engineering, Supervisor for master degree students.
     He now is Vice President of Capital University of Economics and Business. In September 2004, he did advanced study in Aachen University of Germany for one month. In October 2005 he did advanced study in University of New England of USA for one month. His main part-time titles include: Member of Management Science and Engineering Teaching Guidance Committee of Ministry of Education, Expert appointed by Ministry of Education to evaluate undergraduate teaching. Member of Council for Beijing Higher Education Research Association, etc.
         Professor Wang Chuansheng has long term scientific research on Management Science and Engineering. His main research areas include: “Project Management”, “Research and Development on Management Information System”. Especially, he has obtained a series of achievement in the area of Research on Theory and Method for Evaluation of Construction Projects Cost, Making of Enterprise Quota, etc. In recent years, he has presided over 3 province/Ministry level projects, such as: Research on Establishment and Application of Database for Cost of Finished Projects and Enterprise Quota” (Ministry of Education Project for Humanities and Social Science 06JD630010) etc. He has published 2 Monographs: “Cost of Projects and Making of Enterprise Quota”, “Research on Theory and Method for Evaluation of Cost for Construction Projects in Coal Industry”. He has published many academic papers, such as: “Research on Application of Computer Simulation Technique on Making of Enterprise Quota”, “ANN Method for Making of Quota of Coal Enterprise”, “Vehicle Routing Problem and Simultaneous Delivery and Pickup Based on the Cross-     Entropy Method” in academic journals such as “Research on Economics and Management”, “Coal Engineering” and international academic conferences. In 2009 he was awarded Second Prize for Outstanding Teaching Achievement in Beijing. He has been awarded 2 First Prizes for Outstanding Teaching Achievement in CUEB. In June 2004, he was awarded Third Prize for Science and Technology Progress in Coal Industry. He has been awarded Third Prize for Outstanding Teaching Achievement in Shandong Province. He has been awarded First Prize and Third Prize for Shandong Provincial Education Department Science and Technology Progress.
    傅星 副教授 经济学博士 硕士生导师
    现为教育技术中心主任。2005年毕业于首都经济贸易大学经济学院，获得经济学博士学位；2006年赴美国Dominican University进修。
     主要研究领域集中在复杂系统理论与方法、复杂经济系统仿真等方面。主持和参与了国家自然科学基金项目《分布式SWARM及其在中国经济仿真中的应用》；公安部项目《毒品来源统计推断及数据库系统》；北京市教委项目《基于复杂系统理论的中国经济模型研究》等6项；发表论文10多篇；出版著作4部。曾获得国家体委科技进步二等奖。
     主讲课程有《可视化程序设计》、《计算机仿真》、《系统工程》等。
   姚翠友 教授 工学博士 硕士生导师
     首都经济贸易大学信息学院副院长。1999年北京理工大学博士毕业；2007年到2008年曾在北京大学光华管理学院做访问学者；2011年9月开始在中国人民大学商学院进行为期一年的进修。
     研究领域主要为计算机仿真、决策分析、经济系统复杂性分析等。主持教育部项目《基于当前国情的网络舆情演化的动力学模型及计算机仿真》、北京市教委项

目《北京文化创意产业发展趋势的定量分析及元胞自动机仿真》等项目8项，参与项目多项；在《工业技术经济》等杂志及国际会议上发表论文近30篇，其中 EI、ISTP等检索或待检索的有10篇；出版著作2部。
      姚翠友副教授是管理科学与工程学科后备学科带头人，曾被评为北京市中青年骨干教师和首都经济贸易大学优秀共产党员，获得过校级教学成果奖2项。
   牛东来 教授 博士 硕士生导师
      自1984年北京经济学院（现首都经济贸易大学）计算机软件专业本科毕业后留校工作；1990年在日本从事软件开发工作两年；2002年在日本流通经济大学获得物流经营专业经济学硕士学位；2005年在中国人民大学获得企业管理专业管理学博士学位；2008年中国人民大学(流动站)、海信集团(工作站)计算机科学与技术专业博士后出站。
      牛东来教授从事流通领域管理以及计算机信息系统的研究、开发和推广工作近二十年，并为多家国内流通企业做过企业管理和物流战略等方面的咨询；在供应链管理和电子商务方面有着深入的研究。牛东来教授主编或参编著作10多部；发表论文30多篇；主持或参与项目10余项。
      主要社会兼职有中国计算机用户协会信息系统专业委员会副理事长、中国信息经济学会常务理事等。2005年度被评为北京市属市管高等学校中青年骨干教师。主要为研究生讲授《企业资源计划（ERP）》、《电子商务》、《物流管理》、《管理咨询与IT规划》课程，为本科生讲授《管理信息系统》、《工程招标与合同管理》等课程。
      主持的软件开发及物流项目包括：赛特购物中心信息管理系统、海尔集团CRM/VMI分销信息平台、宝洁（中国）有限公司DRP/DMS信息系统、长安汽车集团物流RDC/VDC信息系统、广东新华发行集团IT规划及SAP/ERP实施项目顾问及监理、北京西单大悦城购物中心SAP/BW数据分析等项目。
Niu Donglai, Doctor, Professor, Supervisor for master degree students.
      He graduated from Beijing Institute of Economics (now Capital University of Economics and Business) in the major of computer software in 1984. Then he worked as a faculty member at CUEB; In 1990, he did software development at KCC of Japan for two years. In 2002 he obtained Master Degree in Economics, in the major of Logistics and Management from Ryutsu Keizai University of Japan. In 2005 he obtained Doctor Degree in Management, in the major of Enterprise Management, from Renmin University of China. In 2008 he finished postdoc research in Renmin University and Hisense Group, in the area of Computer Science and Technology.
      Professor Niu Donglai has the experience of research, development, product promotion in the area of Circulation Management and Computer Information System for nearly 20 years. He has provided consultant services on enterprise management and logistic strategy for many domestic enterprises in the area of domestic circulation. He has deep research in the area of supply chain management and e-ecommerce. Professor Niu Donglai has worked as Editor in chief or Editor for more than 10 books; has published more than 30 papers; has presided over or participated in more than 10 projects.
      His part time titles include: Vice president of Information Systems Committee, China Association for Computer Users, Executive member of the Council of China Society for Information Economics, etc. He was awarded as Outstanding Middle-aged and Young Teacher of Beijing Municipal Universities in 2005. The courses taught by him for graduate and undergraduate  students include “Enterprise Resource Plan(ERP)”, “E-ecommerce”, “Logistics Management”, “Management Consulting and IT Planning”, “Management Information System”, etc.
      He has presided over projects in the area of Software Development and Logistics, such as: CRM/VMI Distribution Information Platform of Haier Group, DPR/DMS Information System for P&G (China), RDC/VDC Logistic Information System for Changan Automobile Group, IT Planning and SAP/ERP Implementation Project Consultancy and Supervision for Guangdong Xinhua Distribution Group; SAP/BW Data Analysis for Beijing Xidan Joy City Mall, etc.

      国外硕士毕业。
      主要研究方向为金融工程。主持或参与项目4项；发表论文多篇；主编著作3部。

   陈炜 副教授 管理学博士 硕士生导师
      2007年毕业于北京交通大学经济管理学院，获得管理学博士学位。现任信息学院管理科学与工程系主任。
      主要研究方向为投资与风险控制、决策理论与方法、智能算法等。曾任《Fuzzy Set and System》、《European Journal of Operational Research》等国际期刊匿名审稿人。在国际杂志《Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications》、国内核心刊物等期刊及会议上公开发表论文30余篇，其中SCI、EI 共（待）检索20余篇。主持和参加科研项目8项，包括北京市属高等学校人才强教计划项目及北京市教委项目等。
      主讲课程有《运筹学》、《金融工程模型与方法》、《管理信息系统》等。
   田瑾 副教授
      1986年毕业于北京工业大学计算机学院，毕业后在北京工业大学计算机学院工作，1999年调入首都经济贸易大学信息学院工作。
      主要研究方向为计算机安全、数理统计等。参与教育部项目、北京自然科学基金项目等7项；发表论文18篇；主编或参编著作5部。
      主讲课程有《C语言》、《电子商务》、《网络数据库》等。
   邱月 副教授 工学博士
      2008年毕业于北京航空航天大学系统工程专业，获工学博士学位。现为管理科学与工程系党支部书记。
      研究领域为管理领域的优化与仿真；主持或参与项目5项；发表论文17篇，被EI等检索的论文10篇；出版著作1部。
      主要讲授《管理信息系统》、《工程经济学》等课程。
