杨一平 教授 管理学博士 博士生导师
     现为首都经济贸易大学信息学院院长。2005年、2008年曾经作为高级访问学者赴美国多米尼肯大学和美国密执根大学进修并进行科学研究。
     杨一平教授的研究方向为管理信息系统、信息化评价与质量控制。他在信息经济、计算机和管理科学与工程等领域发表论文80篇，多篇论文被EI、ISTP等检索；出版《质量评价与软件质量工程知识体系的研究》、《软件能力成熟度模型CMM方法及其应用》等专著多部，主编和参编教材多部；主持完成国家社科项目“基于高新技术的我国软件产业发展规划构思研究”、 北京自然基金项目
“深化软件企业过程改进和质量保证方法研究”等项目多项，正在主持的项目有北京哲学社会科学项目《基于低碳发展思路的北京信息化评价指标体系研究》、北京市人才强教项目《信息化评价关键问题的研究》等；研究成果多次获得北京市哲学社会科学优秀成果奖、北京市科学技术奖。
近年来，为本科生、研究生开设《管理信息系统》、《面向对象程序设计》、《科学研究方法论》等课程。目前担任北京计算机用户协会教育分会常务理事，中国信息协会、全国计算机应用技术考试证书委员会、国际信息系统学会（AIS）中国分会等协会理事；担任北京高教《计算机与自动化》职称、北京市科学技术奖等的评审专家。
Yang Yiping，Professor，Doctor in Management，Supervisor for doctor degree students. 
      Now he is the Dean of Information School, Capital University of Economics and Business. In 2005 and 2008, he studied and did scientific research as a senior visiting scholar in Dominican University and University of Michigan of USA respectively.
      Professor Yang Yiping’ research area includes: Management Information System; Informationization Assessment and Quality Control. Professor Yang Yiping has published 80 papers in the area of Information Economics, Computer, Management Science and Engineering. Many of them are EI retrieval, ISTP retrieval, etc. He has published many monographs such as: “Research on Quality Assessment and Software Quality Engineering Knowledge System”; “Software Capability Maturity Model CMM Method and Application”, etc. He has worked as Editor in Chief, Editor for many textbooks. He has presided over National Social Science Project “Research on the Plan of Software Industry Development in China Based on High New Technologies”, Beijing Natural Science Foundation Project “Research on Further Improvement about Software Enterprise Process and Quality Assurance Method”, etc. Now he is presiding over Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Project “Research on Beijing Informationization Evaluation Index System Based on Low Carbon Development”, Beijing Enhancing Education though Talents Project “Research on Key Problems of Informationization Evaluation”, etc. His research achievement has many times been awarded the Prize of Outstanding Achievement of Beijing Philosophy Social Science, the Prize of Beijing Science and Technology.
      In recent years, the courses taught by him for undergraduate students and graduate students include: Management Information System, Object-Oriented Programming, Methodology for Scientific Research, etc. Now he is Executive Member of the Council for Education Branch of Beijing Association of Computer Users, Member of the Council for China Association of Information, Member of National Computer Application Technology Examination Committee, Member of China Association for Information Systems, Evaluation Expert for Titles in the Area of Computer and Automation of Universities in Beijing; Evaluation Expert for Beijing Science and Technology Award.
   马慧 教授 硕士生导师 
      北京工业大学硕士毕业，1993年曾被评为北京市优秀教师，2003年曾到美国学习，现为首都经济贸易大学信息学院党总支书记。
      马慧教授的研究重点是质量工程技术与应用，具体包括信息资源配置与质量管理、能力成熟度评价模型CMMI（Capability Maturity Model Integration）、六西格玛应用等研究。讲授的课程包括“会计信息系统”、“软件配置与质量管理”、“管理信息系统”及“管理经济学”等。马慧教授在国内外期刊、国际会议上发表论文多篇，其中有些论文如“以过程管理技术规避软件开发的管理风险”被其他学者多次引用；主持了北京市教委项目“仿真模型与计算机管理决策系统的融合及其应用”和
“信息资源的共享范式与耦合度评价模式的研究”，北京市优秀人才培养资助项目“软件质量工程理论与CMMI体系实践”等项目；主编专著《质量管理与软件质量知识体系的研究和实践》（2009年，人民邮电出版社），主编出版北京市精品建设教材《软件质量管理与认证方法》、《管理信息系统》等（2009年，清华大学出版社）；马慧教授参加的科研成果分别于2002年、2004年获得北京市第七届、第八届哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖。2010年，马慧教授申请了专利“碳足迹的工程控制方法与评价层次模型”，该项专利于2011在专利公报（27卷14号）上予以公布（专利号201010559360.7）。
Ma Hui, Professor, Supervisor for master degree students.
      She graduated from Beijing University of Technology and obtained Master Degree. In 1993, she was awarded as Outstanding Teacher of Beijing. She studied in USA in 2003. Now she is Secretary of Party Branch for School of Information, Capital University of Economics and Business.
      Professor Ma Hui’s research focus is Quality Engineering Technology and Application, specifically including Allocation of Information Resource and Quality Management, Model for Assessing Capability Maturity CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration), Application of Six Sigma, etc. Courses taught by her includes: “Accounting Information System”, “Software Configuration and Quality Management”, “Management Information System”, “Management Economics”, etc. Professor Ma Hui has published many papers in domestic and international journals, international conferences. Some papers, such as “Avoiding the Risk of Software Development Management with the Process Management Technique”, have been cited by many scholars. She has presided over Beijing Municipal Education Commission projects, such as: “Combination of Simulation Model and Computer Management Decision-Making System and its Application”; “Research on Sharing Model of Information Source and Coupling Evaluation Model”; Beijing  Outstanding Talent Help projects, such as “Theory for Software Quality Engineering and Practice for CMMI System”, etc. She has worked as Editor in Chief for monograph “Research and Practice for Quality Management and Software Quality Knowledge System” (2009, People’s Posts and Telecommunications Press). She has worked as Editor in Chief for outstanding textbooks of Beijing, such as “Software Quality Management and Certification Methods”, “Management Information System” (2009, Tsinghua University Press), etc. ; The achievements of projects participated by Professor Ma Hui have been awarded Second Prize of Beijing Seventh, Eighth Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement in 2002, 2004 respectively. In 2010, Professor Ma Hui applied for the patent “Engineering Control Method and Hierarchical Evaluation Model for Carbon Footprint”, That patent is published in the Patent Gazette (Vol 27, number 14) in 2011 (The patent number is 201010559360.7).
   刘克强 教授 硕士生导师
      北京理工大学计算机学院网络攻防与信息安全专业在读博士。
      主要研究领域为网络攻防及信息安全、软件工程、信息化反社保欺诈、企业信息系统解决方案等。近年共主持5项省部级课题，主持5项市局级项目，独立完成2项校级重点课题；发表论文28篇，其中核心期刊11篇，权威期刊6篇；出版著作7部，其中1部专著，1部译著。
      主讲课程主要有《企业资源计划实务》、《系统分析和系统设计》、《电子商务》、《企业管理软件实务》、《电子交易与支付》等。曾经获得教学成果三等奖1项，北京高校优秀青年骨干教师称号。
主要社会兼职有北京市社会保险监察委员会委员、北京市政府社保信息系统专家、全球第一大企业管理软件与解决方案供应商SAP认证顾问。
Liu Keqiang, Professor, Supervisor for master degree students.
     Now he is pursuing Doctor Degree in the major of Network Attack / Defense and Information Security at School of Computer, Beijing Institute of Technology.
     His research area includes: Network Attack/Defense and Information Security, Software Engineering, Information Technology against Social Security Fraud, Enterprise Information System Solutions, etc. In recent years, he has presided over 5 province-level projects, 5 city-level projects, finished 2 important university-level projects independently; He has published 28 papers, 11 of them are in core journals, 6 of them are in authoritative journals; He published 7 books, one of them is a monograph, one of them is a translation book.
     The courses taught by him mainly include: Enterprise Resource Plan, System Analysis and System Design, E-ecommerce, Electronic Transactions and Payments, etc. He has been awarded Third Prize for Outstanding Teaching Achievement, Outstanding Youth Backbone Teacher of Universities in Beijing.

    郭宁  副教授  工学硕士 硕士生导师
     1986年毕业于北京工业大学计算机科学系，获得工学硕士学位。现为信息管理与信息系统系支部书记。
     研究领域为软件工程、计算机网络、IT项目管理、电子商务等。主持或参与项目5项；在《计算机应用》等核心期刊上发表论文37篇，被EI等检索多篇；先后撰写了《软件项目管理》、《管理信息系统》、《UML及建模》等书籍11部。编写了国家 “十一五”规划教材和北京市级精品教材。
     主讲课程有《IT项目管理》、《软件工程》、《系统分析》等。
   高迎 副教授 工学博士 硕士生导师
     2006年毕业于中国人民大学信息学院，获工学博士学位。现任信息学院信息管理与信息系统专业副教授。
     主要研究方向信任管理、分布式系统。主持国家自然科学基金项目等3项，参与项目5项；发表论文10多篇，被EI等检索的有5篇。
     主讲课程有《数据库原理》、《数据仓库》、《管理信息系统》等。

      2007年毕业于北京工业大学计算机学院，获工学博士学位。
