个人简历
博士,中国农业大学生物学院教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者。兼任动物学与动物生理学系主任。主要学术兼职:中国生殖生物学会理事兼副秘书长,动物生理生化学会理事,英国生殖生物学会会员。1990年被国务院学位委员会授予有“突出贡献的博士学位获得者”,2003年获国家杰出青年基金。
1978年至1989年,先后在甘肃农业大学兽医学系攻读学士、硕士和博士学位,获动物解剖学、组织学与胚胎学专业博士学位。1990年至1993年,在甘肃农业大学兽医学系从事动物生理学以及生殖与发育生物学的教学和科学研究工作;1993年至1995年在英国爱丁堡MRC(Medical Research Council,Edinburgh)生殖生物学中心作博士后研究,主要从事动物胚胎期垂体促性腺激素分泌调控机制的研究;GnRH受体的DNA序列分析及核酸探针的合成等研究工作。1996年回国后,先后受国家自然科学基金项目、国家863青年基金的资助,主要从事动物胚胎期下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴调节机制的建立和相关机理的研究工作。另外,1999年至2000年在以色列Bar-Ilan大学发育神经生物学实验室进行合作研究,主要研究LIM同源盒基因对神经元增殖和分化过程的调控作用。2005年6月至2006年12月, 在英国MRC人类生殖生物学中心以高级研究学者的身份从事垂体促性腺激素分泌调控机制的研究工作。
目前主要受国家自然科学基金和“973”计划的资助,从事动物生殖发育的细胞和分子机理、动物早期胚胎发育和发育神经生物学的研究工作。已在Endocrinology、Journal of Pineal Research、PLoS ONE、Journal of Cellular Physiology、Journal of Neuroendocrinology、Steroids、BBRC、Cell and Tissue Research和Histochemistry and Cell Biology等国际学术杂志发表研究论文40余篇。
