研究领域：我们实验室主要研究兴趣是利用转基因和基因敲除小鼠揭示成体干细胞维持自我更新和多能性的分子调控机制。一方面，研究一些microRNA，RNA结合蛋白和转录因子在成体干细胞的功能。另一方面，利用体内干细胞追踪技术细胞寻找干细胞的标记基因，探索干细胞在正常发育和癌症发生过程中的作用。
