个人简历
江海洋,四川省德阳市人,博士,教授,博士生导师,入选2008年度教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。中国畜牧兽医学会兽医药理学与毒理学分会理事,北京市第一届食品安全地方标准审评委员会委员,科技部、农业部、食药总局、国家基金委项目评审专家。主要从事基础兽医学方面的教学和科研工作,研究方向为动物源食品安全检测技术、兽医药理学与毒理学。
食品安全已成为国内外关注的焦点,与其相关的检测和控制关键技术已成为当前研究的热点。针对动物源食品中存在的兽用抗菌药物(磺胺类、喹诺酮类、四环素类、青霉素类、头孢菌素类、大环内酯类、氨基糖苷类等)、违禁药物(瘦肉精、氯霉素、硝基呋喃类、硝基咪唑类等)、非法添加物(三聚氰胺、苏丹红等)、霉菌毒素(黄曲霉毒素、玉米赤霉醇、呕吐毒素等)等近百种重要有害化合物,开展了小分子化合物抗原抗体制备技术、有害化合物残留检测技术(快速筛查、定量和确证分析)、药效/药代动力学等方面的研究。建立了小分子化合物抗原抗体制备技术平台,构建了库容量超过200种的抗原抗体资源库;建立了残留检测的胶体金免疫分析方法、酶联免疫分析方法、化学发光免疫分析方法、量子点免疫分析方法等20余种,并研制出了相应的快速检测产品(胶体金检测卡、ELISA试剂盒和免疫亲和色谱柱)近40个,产品在2011年十一五国家重大科技成就展、2012年全国科普会上展出;研究建立了残留检测的HPLC、GC、GC-MS、UPLC-MS/MS等仪器分析方法30余种,形成国家(或行业)检测方法标准35项,其中21项已发布。快速检测产品和检测方法标准已在国家兽药残留监控计划、农业部无公害食品行动计划、农业部三聚氰胺和瘦肉精专项整治行动、农业部生鲜乳质量安全监测计划、北京奥运会、六十周年国庆阅兵村、上海世博会、广州亚运会、深圳大运会、辽宁全运会、南京青奥会等例行监测和重大赛事的食品安全保障工作中应用,有效保障了食品安全;开展了替米考星、马杜霉素、爱普菌素、头孢噻呋等药物效应动力学、药物代谢动力学、毒理学以及生态环境中富集、降解和消除研究,为兽药安全性评价提供了科学依据。
主持和参加科研项目40余项,包括十二五科技支撑项目、十一五科技支撑项目、973项目、863项目、十五国家科技攻关计划、公益性行业专项课题、国家食品安全重大科技专项课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目和重点项目、农业部残留专项及国家农业行业标准制定项目等。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文135篇,其中SCI收录论文82篇;申请国家发明专利35项,其中27项获得授权;参编著(译)作3部;2013年获得中华农业科技奖科学研究成果一等奖和优秀创新团队奖;2010年获得北京市科学技术进步三等奖;2006年获得国家科学技术二等奖;2005年获得北京市科学技术一等奖;2001年获得北京市科学技术进步二等奖。2015年指导硕士研究生陈敏获得院级优秀论文、校级优秀研究生称号、北京市优秀研究生毕业生称号;2014年指导硕士研究生朱爱玲获得院级优秀论文、校级优秀研究生称号和北京市优秀研究生毕业生称号,陈敏获得国家奖学金;2013年指导硕士研究生朱景慧获得院级优秀论文和校级优秀研究生称号、硕士研究生朱爱玲获得国家奖学金,合作指导博士研究生陶晓奇获得国家奖学金、校级三好学生称号和校级优秀研究生称号;2012年指导硕士研究生胡婷获得校级优秀论文、校级优秀研究生毕业生称号和北京市优秀研究生毕业生称号,朱景慧获得国家奖学金。
