刘鱼，女，博士，北京协和医学院副主任技师，硕士生导师，北京协和医学院博士毕业，美国霍普金斯大学医学院访问。曾到美国Robert Wood Johnson Hospital，Temple University Hospital，美国雅培公司总部，美国红会免疫血液学实验室及血液筛查集中化检测实验室学习。现任中国医学科学院输血研究所输血医学实验中心主任，核酸检测参比实验室主任。主要从事血液检测及血液治疗新技术研究。任中国输血协会细胞治疗专业委员会委员，中国医药生物技术协会生物诊断技术分会委员，中国研究型医院协会胞外囊泡研究分会委员。承担及参与国家级、省部级及国际合作项目多项。发表SCI论文30余篇。获四川省科技进步三等奖一项，四川省医学科学二等奖一项。参编专著两部。

研究方向：
1. 血液检测技术研究及试剂研发；
2. 血液筛查策略研究及评估。
3. 血液治疗新技术研究及评估
