陈波，男，1976年9月出生，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。
陈波博士是新进从美国亚拉巴马大学伯明翰分校引进的高端人才，他多年从事分子发育遗传学的研究，在DNA构想和基因表达调控领域已经发表了一些重要成果，近年来运用分子调控技术在干细胞重编程和自我更新调控方面有着很前沿的探索， 并积极应用基因原位打靶/置换和shRNA干扰技术研究人类造血干细胞及造血分化过程的分子调控机制。
