代表论著

高苒,女,副研究员,硕士生导师,科技发展处处长。2012年获日本筑波大学博士学位。主要从事肿瘤动物模型创制,并以动物模型为基础进行肿瘤的比较医学研究,为肿瘤预防、早期诊断和治疗提供理论和应用基础。目前课题组围绕消化道肿瘤已经构建了患者来源的肿瘤异种移植模型(PDX)资源平台,并开展了初步的药物筛选工作。同时课题组对于肿瘤发病及转移机制进行深入探讨,围绕hnrnpk对于肺癌转移及胃癌耐药等方面开展了系列工作,成果发表在Nucleic Acids Res、J BiolChem等领域经典杂志。共发表文章40余篇,其中SCI文章26篇。参编人民卫生出版社第三轮全国高等学校医学专业研究生国家级规划教材2部,英文书2部,中文科普1部。
