黄钢锋,男,1989年生,哲学博士,2015-2019于德国马普陆地微生物研究所(Max Planck Institute for Terrestrial Microbiology)攻读博士学位及博士后研究,现就职于农业农村部沼气科学研究所微生物研究中心,课题组组长。
目前,主要从事厌氧微生物代谢途径功能酶(氢酶、烷基-辅酶M还原酶及厌氧烃降解酶)的研究,运用生化分析(酶动力学)、突变分析(定点突变)、结构分析(X-ray衍射晶体学)、谱学(红外光谱、电子顺磁共振、穆斯堡尔谱学)及计算化学(DFT、QM/MM)等技术手段阐释酶的结构、功能与催化机理,为理解代谢途径功能酶的生物学功能提供理论依据。在此基础上,结合有机小分子合成及合成生物学,构建具有高催化活性、高应用价值的人造酶及生物催化剂(artificial enzymes and bio-inspired catalysts)。
参与中国国家自然科学基金面上项目(**)、德国科学基金会重点项目(DFG SPP 1927: Iron-Sulfur for Life (SH 87/1-1))等项目,在Nature Reviews ChemistryNature CatalysisNature ChemistryAngewandte Chemie International EditionJournal of Molecular Biology等国际学术期刊发表论文10余篇。
