  主要贡献
  建立与发展了先进的化学计算模型,取得了系统的创新性成果。先后主持和参与了多个欧盟、荷兰国家科学基金、荷兰应用科学基金、国家自然科学海外合作基金等项目,目前担任国家科技部十三五重点专项项目首席。擅长用基础的、机理的研究方法解决复杂的土壤系统问题。在Environmental Science & Technology、Water Research、Analytical Chemistry等TOP期刊发表论文80余篇,其中SCI论文被引用2700余次,单篇最高引用278次,H-指数32。先后获得荷兰自然科学基金委(NWO)优秀女性科学家(ASPASIA)奖励基金(2011)、荷兰瓦格宁根大学青年人才(Young Talent)奖励基金(2007)。得到国际同行专家高度评价:她是当今国际最优秀的土壤化学家之一。取得主要成果如下:
  (1)创建了土壤养分与重金属离子吸附的多表面模型:申请人针对土壤的多组分、异质特性,提出了机理模型的复合理念,创建了多表面模型,克服了常用的经验性模型缺乏通用性和预测性的弊端。该模型被同行广泛采用, 并列入荷兰废弃物环评的计算软件,模型参数的方法获得ISO认证,推动了化学机理模型在自然环境样品研究和环境风险评估中的应用。
  (2)发展了土壤颗粒交互作用的配体与电荷分配(LCD)模型:原有相关模型存在着忽略土壤有机物和矿物颗粒间的交互作用,不能准确预测养分与污染元素在土壤中的形态的问题。申请人提出了不同有机物质的界面空间分配参数,发现并修正了初始模型的基本错误,使模型符合热动力学原理,更接近土壤的真实状态。LCD模型被认为是预测土壤中离子化学行为最先进的模型。该模型的发展推进了元素的化学形态机理模型向环境中真实样品的靠拢与应用。一法国农业咨询公司有意将该模型方法用于农业测土施肥应用中。
  (3)建立了测定土壤自由态离子的杜南膜(DMT)技术:在元素化学形态分析方法发展方面,原有技术仅用于合成溶液和严重污染样品,灵敏度低,不能满足环境样品测定要求。申请人发展了杜南膜分析中离子传递动力学理论,建立了多种自由态离子的杜南膜测定方法,灵敏度高、测量范围宽。并撰写了DMT应用指南,为这一独特方法的发展和推广做出了重要贡献。目前,该方法被国际上许多实验室采用,填补了这一分析方法的空白。
  (4)揭示了养分与污染元素的化学分布特征与生物有效性:a. 针对金属阳离子类元素:原有模型手段导致对离子分布规律缺乏深入认识,不能定量预测修复措施效果。申请人采用先进的模型和分析手段,揭示了土壤和河流中重金属元素的形态分布规律,阐述了土壤各组分对重金属吸附的贡献,明确了常规提取法中重金属的主要来源。b. 针对含氧阴离子类元素:原有关于影响离子分布因素的研究只考虑pH值,忽略了钙浓度和有机质水平的影响,导致一些严重错误的结论。申请人的研究得出了钙的协同吸附引发了磷和砷在中性pH下溶解度最低这一全新结论,阐明了小分子有机质比大分子有机质对磷和砷的吸附抑制更强的根源。相关研究成果获得同行广泛引用和高度评价。
