个人信息赵圣国,1984年10月生,山东人,博士,副研究员。2012年7月获中国农业科学院农学博士学位;2011年3月-2012年4月在澳大利亚CSIRO Livestock Industries做联合培养博士生;2012年7月-2014年7月在中国科学院微生物研究所博士后工作。2014年7月至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。现任奶业创新团队骨干专家,《Animal》和《Frontiers in Microbiology》杂志编委,农业农村部“****农业科学家”(2018年)。
研究方向和成果主要从事反刍动物营养与瘤胃微生物组学研究,构建了瘤胃微生物元基因组学研究技术平台,揭示了粗饲料诱导奶牛瘤胃微生物群落结构与代谢变化,筛选与分析了瘤胃微生物重要功能基因,揭示了瘤胃尿素分解菌群落结构与脲酶基因功能。
以第一(含共同)或通讯作者发表论文40篇,其中SCI 22篇,中文文章19篇,参编著作7部,获得授权发明专利1项,获得软件著作权1项。2016年获中国农业科学院“十二五”农产品质量安全亮点研究成果奖1项(第四完成人)。
