个人信息秦彤，1980年6月生，河北石家庄人，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。2003年获河北农业大学动物医学专业学士学位；2006年获河北农业大学预防兽医学硕士学位；2009年获中国农业大学生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位。2009年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。主要从事动物免疫球蛋白基因结构及功能研究,动物疫病病原学、诊断和分子流行病学研究，现任宠物疫病防控创新团队骨干专家。北京畜牧兽医学会小动物分会理事。
研究方向和成果2009年以来，主要从事脊椎动物免疫球蛋白基因结构和功能研究，动物病原与分子流行病学、动物新型疫苗研究工作。开展了大型家养动物免疫球蛋白基因结构和功能的研究，畜禽疫病快速诊断、流行病学、致病机理、疫苗研发等研究工作。
在研项目1、科技创新工程“宠物疫病防控”，骨干专家（编号：ASTIP-IAS18）。
2、动物疫病检测与诊断试剂盒（2018-2021），横向课题、项目负责人。
