个人信息杜卫华，女，山西晋中市人，理学博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。2001年获山西农业大学农学硕士学位；2004年获中国农业大学理学博士学位。2004年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。主要从事动物胚胎（体外受精、体细胞克隆）体外发育机理研究和基因精准修饰的转基因奶牛新品种培育。现任胚胎工程与动物繁殖团队骨干专家，畜牧兽医学会繁殖学分会理事。
研究方向和成果主要研究动物胚胎（体外受精、体细胞克隆）体外发育机理，从胚胎转录组、表观遗传组学等多维度解析胚胎发育调控机制；同时研究抗氧化剂清除胚胎氧化应激的机制，提高体外胚胎的发育率和质量；采用CRISPR-Cas9等基因编辑技术研发基因精准修饰转基因奶牛和抗病育种转基因牛新品种。建立了体细胞克隆新方法（无透明带卵母细胞克隆法），成功获得种公牛克隆后代，这是我国首次应用无透明带方法获得的克隆动物。
2019年获教育部自然科学技术发明奖一等奖，第六完成人。分别于2016年和2019年，指导的硕士研究生获中国农业科学院优秀硕士学位论文。2012年获中国畜牧兽医学会动物繁殖学分会第十六届学术研讨会获优秀论文奖，第一作者。
国内、外期刊发表论文90多篇，其中SCI收录31篇；申请国家专利8项，授权专利5项，均为第一完成人。
