陈德荣，男，1937.11，教授，硕士生导师，在北京邮电大学·信息与通信工程学院·通信网教研中心·无线宽带通信实验室工作。1960年毕业于北京邮电学院无线通信与广播专业，留校任教。曾任北京邮电大学培训中心副主任。目前主要从事移动通信宽带无线接入技术的研究。现结合无线视频图像监控系统的相关领域做为课题，主要涉及针对OFDM的调制解调技术、图像监控组网技术、网管技术、高频电路收发信设备等技术的研究。主要著作：《移动通信技术》（邮电出版社，主编）、《数字移动通信》（北京邮电大学出版社，主编）、《移动通信原理与应用》（高教出版社，主编）等。主讲课程：同步系统原理；移动通信系统；数字移动通信电路；高频电路收发信设备等。研究方向：宽带通信网技术、无线宽带网技术电话：010-62282611 电子邮箱：CDR2611@126.com
Chen Derong, male, born in Nov. 1937, professor, Master's tutor, received Bachelor of Science in Wireless Communications and Broadcast at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(BUPT).
At present his research is focused on mobile broadband wireless access technology. It is the Wireless Video Monitoring System that the project of Wireless Broadband Communications Lab, and the system mainly based on the OFDM Modulation and Demodulation Techniques, Image Monitoring Networking Technology, Network Management Technology and High-Frequency Circuit Transceiver Equipment Technologies.
Main works: "Mobile Communication Technology" (Posts and Telecommunications Press, editor in chief), "Digital Mobile Communications" (Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Press, editor in chief), "Mobile Communication Theory and Applications" (Higher Education Press, editor in chief), etc. Courses: synchronous system principle; mobile communication systems; digital mobile communication circuit; high-frequency circuit transceiver equipment.

Chen Ziqing, male, born in July 1964, professor, received Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering, and Master Degree of Science in Telecommunications and Electronic Systems, at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT).
His current research is focused on telecom network planning, broadband telecommunication Engineering techniques research, traffic control and performance analysis in high-speed network, architecture of telecom network and servicise of telecom research,.
Now he is the senior expert of Chinatelecom, deputy chief engineer and executive deputy director Academic Committee of CTBRI.

张成良，男，1970.10，教授级高级工程师，北京邮电大学信息与通信工程学院通信网中心兼职教授，兼职硕士生导师，现任中国电信集团北京研究院副总工程师、中国通信标准协会传送网组组长，中国通信学会光通信委员会委员，2002年起享受国务院特殊政府津贴。主持制定了国内通信行业标准“光波分复用系统总体技术要求”。作为项目核心成员参加了863重大项目中国高速信息示范网工程，该项目获2002年国家科技进步二等奖。在国内外核心杂志发表文章60余篇。研究方向：移动通信、多媒体通信、LTE及IMS网络融合技术、信息检索与过滤技术（硕士）.联系电话：010-62282296
Zhang Cheng-Liang, Male, 1970.10, professor-level senior engineer, Part-time Professor of Communication Network Center in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Master's tutor, vice Chief Engineer of Beijing Research Institute of China Telecom, team Leader of China Communications Standards Association Transmission Network , Committee of China Institute of Communications Optical Communications, enjoy a special government subsidies since 2002.He presided over the development of domestic telecommunications industry standard "optical wavelength division multiplexing system in general technical requirements." As core members of the project,he took part in the 863 major projects, Chinese high-speed information demonstration network project, the project received 2002 National Science and Technology Progress Award. And he has published more than 60 articles.
His current research is focused on Mobile communication, multimedia communication, LTE and IMS network convergence technology, information retrieval and filtering technology (Master).
