蔡安妮导师组：
蔡安妮，女，1943年生，教授、博士生导师，多媒体通信与模式识别实验室。美国加州大学圣巴巴拉分校博士。专业领域为多媒体通信、图像与视频处理、模式识别、基于内容的视频检索等。先后主持过国家自然科学基金、863、国防科工委、计委专项和公安部等重大科研项目；其中完成的国家自然科学基金项目曾入选基金资助项目优秀成果选编（三）；完成的国家计委重大部门专项获得北京市科技进步二等奖。在国内、外刊物和国际会议上发表论文100余篇，出版专著、译著6部，其中与国外同行共同出版英文专著1部；撰写的面向21世纪课程教材获得北京市教育教学成果一等奖；在美国光学杂志上发表的论文被国际光电工程师学会收入20世纪该领域的 MileStone Book。email: annicai@bupt.edu.cn 。
Anni Cai received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara, CA., USA in 1988. Since 1965, she has been on the faculty of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, where she is presently a professor. She has authored and co-authored more than 100 journal and conference papers and six books. Her current interests are in the fields of multimedia communications, image and video processing, pattern recognition and content-based video retrieval.
门爱东，男，生于1966年2月，教授，博士生导师，图像处理和传输实验室。 于1987 年和1994年在北京邮电大学获得工学学士和博士学位，留校工作至今。研究领域是图象和声音处理、数字电视广播和宽带多媒体通信等。曾获得国家科技进步三等奖1次、部级科技进步一等奖2次和二等奖1次，以及“北京市高等学校优秀青年骨干教师”和 “北京市青年学术带头人”，以及教育部“高等学校青年教师奖”等。担任信息与通信工程学院多媒体技术中心主任,校学术委员会委员，国家广播电影电视总局科学技术委员会特邀委员，中国广播电影电视技术标准化委员会委员，中国电子学会消费电子分会委员和广播电视分会委员，中国电子学会和通信学会高级会员。
Dr. Men Aidong, Male, was born on February,1966. He is Professor and doctoral supervisor of BUPT. Professor Men received his B.S degree in 1987 and Ph.D degree in 1994 from BUPT, respectively. After graduation, he stayed at the university and was engaged in teaching and research work. His research interests include video and audio processing and compression, multimedia telecommunications, etc.Professor Men has won lots of various awards, including one time National Technology Progress 3rd Class Award, twice Technology Progress 1st Class Award of ministry or province level, and one time MPT Technology Progress 2nd Class Award. He also has won honor titles as ‘Excellent Skeleton Youth Teacher of Universities in Beijing’, ‘Youth Academic Pioneer of Beijing’, ‘Outstanding Young Professor in Higher Education Institute’ by the Ministry of Education, etc. Professor Men is now Director of the Multimedia Center of the School of information and Telecommunication Engineering，membership of academic committee of BUPT, senior membership of China Institute of Communications and China Institute of Electronics, and specially invited membership of Committee for Science and Technology of State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, membership of Subcommittee 2 on Wireless Transmission and Coverage Networks of National Technical Committee 239 on Radio, Film and Television of Standardization Administration of China。
王雷，男，1969生。教授，博士生导师，宽带通信与网络安全实验室。1993年毕业于清华大学，获工学学士学位；1997年毕业于北京邮电大学，获工学博士学位；1997年至今，任教于北京邮电大学。主要研究方向包括多媒体通信技术、IP网络QoS技术、音视频压缩编码技术以及网络安全技术等。先后负责或参与完成了国家自然科学基金、863、发改委产业化基金等多个纵向及横向科研项目；获国家发明专利1项；主持完成了AVS第8部分和第9部分的制订工作；合作出版教材3本；作为第一作者，在国内外刊物和会议上发表论文10余篇。中国通信学会高级会员，中国图象图形学会高级会员，中国电子学会高级会员，中国电子学会消费电子分会委员，AVS工作组系统专题组联合组长。
Wanglei, born in 1969. Presently, Professor at the Laboratory of Broadband Communications and Network Security, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT). BEng in Communications and Electronic Systems, Tsinghua University, 1993; PhD in Communications and Electrical Systems, BUPT, 1997. Research interests include multimedia communications, QoS technology in IP networks, coding and processing of audio-visual signals, and network security. Completed research projects include the ones sponsored by NSF of China, State High-Tech Development Plan, NDRC of China, and well-known corporations; holding one national invention patent; contributing largely to the specification of the part 8 and 9 of AVS standard; co-authored 3 text books; published more than 10 academic papers as the 1st author. 全子一，四川人，1929年生。北京邮电大学教授，硕士生导师，图像处理和传输实验室。1990年开始博士生培养。参与并主持我国黑白与彩色模拟广播电视国家标准的研究。开发的数字广播电视与编、解码设备首次用于我国卫星传输和地面广播电视节目。曾获国家级科技进步三等奖1项，省部级科技进步一、二等奖6项。主编大学教材8本。现从事分级编码及移动多媒体的研究。
Professor Ziyi Quan was born in Sichuan province, 1929. Since 1990 he began to direct Ph.D. candidates in the University of Posts and Telecommunications. His research interests focus on digital video compression and transmission. His honors include one third grade of State Science and Technology Awards, and six other kinds of awards. He has published 8 books. His current research interests in scalable video coding and mobile multimedia communication.
苏菲，女，1973年生。教授，博士生导师，多媒体通信与模式识别实验室。2000年获得北京邮电大学通信与信息系统博士学位。2008年1月至2009年1月在美国卡内基梅隆大学作访问学者。主要从事模式识别、图像处理与生物特征识别方向的研究与应用工作。目前已在国内外学术刊物和会议上发表论文三十多篇，其中SCI检索9篇，EI检索11篇，ISTP检索6篇。合著完成“十一五”国家级规划教材《数字信号处理基础》、《多媒体通信技术基础》以及中国科学院规划教材《数字信号处理》共3本，独立完成译著一本（《数字音频原理与应用》，77万字）。申请专利3项，已授权1项。主持和参加多项国家自然科学基金、国防科工委、国家计委部门重点专项、教育部以及企业合作项目。其中负责的国家计委部门重点项目“全微机化分布式并行处理自动指纹识别系统”获得北京市科技进步二等奖。
Fei Su is a female professor in the multimedia communication and pattern recognition lab, school of information and telecommunication, Beijing university of posts and telecommunications. She received the Ph.D. degree major Communication and Electrical Systems from BUPT in 2000. She was a visiting scholar at electrical computer engineering department, Carnegie Mellon University from 2008 to 2009, Her current interests include pattern recognition, image and video processing and biometrics. She has authored and co-authored more than 30 journal and conference papers and some textbooks. 王海婴，女，1963年生，副教授，硕士生导师，视频处理与通信实验室。1986年获北京邮电学院工学学士学位，1989年获北京邮电学院工学硕士学位，2009 年获北京邮电大学工学博士学位，1989年留校任教至今。研究方向：多媒体信息处理与通信。研究内容主要包括音视频信号处理及抗误码传输、多媒体通信、数字信号处理等。主持及参加完成过多项国家、省部级、军队及企事业科研项目，在重要学术刊物及会议上发表论文20余篇。
Haiying Wang was born in 1963, she is a associate professor, supervisor of master students. She received the master's degree and Ph.D. degree in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 1989 and 2009 respectively. Since 1989, she has been on the faculty of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and works in Video Processing and Communications lab now. Her research interests include Video-Audio processing and reliable transmission, multimedia communications , digital signal processing. She has co-authored more than 20 journal and conference papers.

魏芳，女，1978年出生，副教授，硕士生导师，数字媒体实验室。2004年获北京邮电大学信号与信息处理博士学位。2002年曾到德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学计算机学院进行为期一年的学术访问。主要从事视频编码与传输、数字图像处理、网络多媒体应用等方面的研究。先后参与了多项国家级、省部级科研课题的研究工作，并承担了多项企业合作项目，在视频编码、图像处理、数字电影、IPTV等领域发表了学术论文二十几篇，其中多篇论文为EI、ISTP检索，并参与了两本专著的撰写工作。现为北京电子学会广播电视专业委员会委员。
Wei Fang ia an associate professor and post graduate tutor of digital media lab. She received her Ph.D. degree in Signal and Information Processing from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) in 2004. In 2002, she was invited to be a researcher in School of Computer Science, Karlsruhe University, Germany. Her major research interest includes video coding and transmission, digital image processing, network multimedia application, etc. Up to now, she has published two books and more than 20 papers in video coding, image processing, digital cinema, IPTV. etc. She is also an active commissioner of Broadcast & Television Special Commission, Beijing Institute of Electronics.

Xiaojun Jing, male, professor responsibility of the school of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Post and Telecommunication and tutor for doctoral candidates. Academic Pacemaker of Military Communication in BUPT, the chief of Biometrics Recognition and Multimedia Communication Laboratory. He is honoured with model demobilized and “Person of the Year 2008” of SCIENTIFIC CHINESE. He is a senior member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and judging of National High Technology Research and Development Program of China ( 863 Program).He received B.S. degrees from Beijing Normal University, M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from National University of Defense Technology, in 1995 and 1999, respectively. He pursued postdoctoral research between 2000 and 2002 in BUPT. Dr. Jing is the chairman of World Scientific and Engineering Academic and Society (WSEAS)in Athens, Greece, 2003 and in Florida, USA., 2004, respectively. His research interests are in the field of information security, image processing, fingerprint recognition information fusion.Prof Jing has organized and finished more than 20 national and provincial science research projects, such as 863 Program, the National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program), National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and so on, with abundance of science research awards. He is currently working on 7 projects. Until now he has published more than 40 articles on famous magazines and important conference as the first author, more than 20 of which are accepted by SCI, EI search. Chen Lei, doctor, associate professor of the school of Information and Communication Engineering. He applies himself to the research / development and practicality of digital TV, video/audio communications and so on. His research work is associated with academia and industries based on the support of Ministry of Science and Technology, the Beijing government and a number of companies. He has been awarded as “The State Technological Invention Award”, “The Technological Invention Award of Ministry of Posts and Tele Communication”, “The Technological Invention Award of State Administration of Radio, Film and Television”. He has developed “The encoding / decoding / multiplexing / modulation system of digital TV”, “The network adaptation system for digital TV”, “The analysis and monitoring of digital TV stream” successfully.
Current projects: New generation of video/audio encoding/decoding system, Digital TV IP transmission system, Next Generation Broadcasting, Transmission adaptation system for digital broadcasting SFN, optical transmission system for high speed multiplexing TS stream and so on.

李学明，男，1969年生，教授，博士生导师，数字媒体实验室。1992毕业于中国科技大学无线电系，1997在北京邮电大学获工学博士学位后到北京交通大学信息所做博士后，1999年到北京邮电大学从事教学科研工作，2002年曾在德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学作高级访问学者并讲授多媒体课程。主要从事数字图像处理、视频编码与传输、多媒体通信等方向的研究工作。先后主持完成多项国家及企业研究开发项目，获国家科技进步三等奖、信息产业部科技进步一二等奖各一次，出版专著1本、教材1本、发表学术论文40多篇。现为北京电子学会广播电视专业委员会副主任委员，中国图象图形学会数码专业委员会委员，中国电子学会信号处理分会委员。
Prof.Li Xue Ming received his B.S degree from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 1992 and Ph.D. degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) in 1997, all in electronics engineering. From 1997 to 1999, he was a post-doctor researcher in Institute of Information Science of Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU). He has been working for BUPT since 1999, In 2002, he once worked as a guest lecturer in Karlsruhe University, Germany. His current research interests include digital image processing, video coding, and multimedia telecommunication.Up to now, he has undertaken many state and enterprise R&D projects, and published two books and more than 40 papers in the field of multimedia information processing and transmission. Prof. Li now is a senior member of Chinese Insttitute of Electrics, and a senior member of China Society of Image and Graphics.
别红霞，女，1971年5月生。教授，博士研究生导师，数字媒体室。2000年博士毕业于吉林大学， 2001年任教于北京邮电大学。长期从事信号与信息处理研究工作，目前研究方向为多媒体通信，主要从事多媒体信息处理、无线数据传输技术相关的研究工作。作为项目负责人承担并完成国家863重大专项项目子课题、国家支撑计划重大项目子课题、教育部博士点基金项目及军方项目等二十多项科研项目，在数字图像与视频处理算法、DSP多媒体终端及PowerPC 嵌入式通信系统及近距离无线数据传输方面取得了多项有应用价值的科研成果，曾获北京市科技进步一等奖，发表论文多篇。中国通信学会高级会员，中国计算机协会多媒体专业委员会委员。
Prof. Bie Hongxia, she is now doctoral tutor, Digital Media Lab in Multimedia Technology Center, School of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Bie received her Ph.D. degree from Ji Lin University in 2000 and began her teaching in BUPT from 2001.Bie’s research focuses on Signal and Information Processing, and now she has been doing research on Multimedia Communication, such as multimedia information processing, digital image processing and wireless data transmission technologies. In recent years, Bie undertakes the research on multimedia processing and wireless data transmission supported by National High-Tech Research and Development Program (863 Program) in the Eleventh-Five Year Plan, doctoral foundation provided by national education committee and other over 20 projects. Her recent research achievements include digital image processing algorithm, video sequences processing algorithm, DSP based multimedia system and PowerPC based communication system. Bie is a member of China Institute of Communications and China Computer Federation.
