目前主要的研究方向有：大规模MIMO通信系统的关键技术；物理层网络编码的理论和设计；物理层安全技术；网络信息论；通信中的智能信号处理等。

Tiejun Lv is a Professor of Information and Communications Engineering at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), where he has been a member of the University Academic Committee since 2012. He is a Senior Member of both the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE), and was awarded by the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University, Ministry of Education of China in 2006 (No. NCET-06-0091). He received the Ph.D. degree in Communications and Information Systems from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in December 2000, and was a Postdoctoral researcher with Tsinghua University from January 2001 to December 2002. Since April 2003, he has been a member of academic staff at BUPT, where he was exceptionally promoted to a full professor and Ph.D. advisor in June 2005. From 2003 to 2005, he was also a collaborative researcher with the BINARY Lab in the Division of Engineering, Brown University, which is one of the Ivy League universities in US. From September 2009 to March 2010, he was a visiting professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Stanford University, and conducted collaborative research in digital communications with Prof. John M. Cioffi, who is known as the “Father of DSL”.

Prof. Lv has been dedicated to wireless communications research for years, and his research interests span both fundamental theories and practical system design. He has contributed more than 100 research papers to the international leading journals and conferences, including the IEEE Transactions, IEEE Letters, IEICE Transactions, and EURASIP Journals, as well as the IEEE conferences of ICC, GLOBECOM, ICASSP and VTC etc. Among these papers, more than 100 entries are included in the Engineering Index (EI) and about 30 entries are archived by the Science Citation Index (SCI). In addition, he has filed 19 patent applications, including one US patent application and two granted patents.

In recent years, Prof. Lv has contributed to about 20 research projects, and served as the Principal Investigator for eight of them. The funding sources of these projects include the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University, Ministry of Education of China in 2006 (No. NCET-06-0091), the Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education of China (RFDP), China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, as well as Datang Mobile, a leading industrial collaborator.  
Prof. Lv was invited to serve as the technical session co-chair of IEEE ICCS 2008 and IEEE ICC 2010, as well as the member of technical program committee (TPC) of IEEE ICCCAS 2007, IEEE ICUWB 2009, IEEE PIMRC 2012, IEEE CSAE 2012 and IEEE CIT 2012. Additionally, he was invited to act as the member of academic committee of the “Cross-Strait Tsinghua Academic Forum of PhD Students” and “The City of Chongqing Municipal Key Laboratory of Signal and Information Processing”.

王晓湘，教授，博士生导师。1998年北京理工大学博士毕业，2001至2002年奥地利维也纳理工大学移动通信研究中心访问学者。1998年至今在北京邮电大学信息与通信工程学院工作。正在承担国家863项目“新型宽带无线网络多用户协作传输关键技术研究”，“无线协作广播/组播的多级传输与冲突控制”和国家自然科学基金“基于虚拟多天线的协作广播”等多项国家级研究课题和企业合作技术开发项目“智能通信干扰模拟器”等，在LTE、协作通信、MIMO-OFDM、协作定位等研究领域发表论文60余篇，申请发明专利4项。 研究方向为：宽带移动通信与网络融合，信息与通信理论，传感器网络定位技术等。Email：cpwang@bupt.edu.cn

Prof. WANG Xiao Xiang is doctor supervisor in school of information and telecommunication Engineering. The research interests are Next Generation Wideband Mobile Communication Technology, Information and communication Theory, Wireless Position Locating Technology etc.. She was graduated from BIT in 1998, and once was a visit scholar in Austria University of Technology in Vienna from 2001 to 2002. Her research is now supported by the National 863 Program and the National Natural Science Foundation, with 4 patents and more than 50 papers published in the area of Cooperative Communication, MIMO OFDM and Cooperative Position Locating area.

张惠民，男，硕士生导师，北京邮电大学信息与通信工程学院教授，中国电子学会信息论学会委员，中国电子学会高级会员，曾任北京邮电大学信息工程系主任。1965年毕业于北京邮电学院，长期从事通信网，通信理论方面的研究。负责和参与近十项国家自然科学基金项目、国家863项目，多项信息产业部、校级资助项目，数十项企业横向项目。多次获得邮电部科技进步奖，全国科技大会、北京市科技大会等多项奖励。在国内外学术期刊和会议上发表论文50余篇，被SCI，EI和ISTP收录近二十篇。
