林家儒，男，1958年1月生，北京邮电大学教授、博士生导师、信息理论与技术教研中心责任教授，北京邮电大学信号与信息处理国家重点学科负责人，主要研究领域：信息与通信理论、移动通信、通信系统等。作为项目负责人完成了国家和部级项目五项。作为项目负责人正在进行国家重点基础研究发展（973）计划等国家级项目三项。出版论著五本，在IEEE等学术期刊发表论文50余篇，其中SCI和 EI 收录 20余 篇，发明专利5项。主要社会兼职：中国信息技术标准化技术委员会委员、教育部教学指导委员会委员、全国工程教育专业认证专家组成员。

Jiaru Lin, male, is the professor and supervisor of Ph.D. candidate in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Besides, he is also the responsible professor in the Research Center of Information Theory and Technique in this University. Furthermore, Prof. Lin is the commissioner in both the National Information Technology and Standardization Technology Committee and the Teaching Steering Committee in Ministry of Education, and the member in the Expert Group of National Engineering Education Accreditation. His major research interests include information theory, communication theory and mobile communication. As a project manager, Prof. Lin has finished five projects which are either state-level or ministry-level. Currently, being the project manager, he is taking charge of three national projects, including National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program). So far, Prof. Lin has published five books and holds five invention patents. He has also published about 50 papers in IEEE or others, 20 of which can be indexed by either SCI or EI.

   张琳，教授，博士生导师。1996年和2001年分别于北京邮电大学获工学学士学位和工学博士学位。2000年12月至2004年6月在韩国情报通讯大学和新加坡南洋理工大学做博士后（Research Fellow）研究。2004年至今在北京邮电大学工作，2006年9月至2008年6月任北京邮电大学信息工程学院副院长，2008年7月起任北京邮电大学研究生院副院长。目前研究方向为：信息编码、3GPP LTE（SAE）演进、移动互联网智能业务开发、宽带无线接入等。近年来主持和参与多项国家自然科学基金、国家863项目以及国际科技合作项目，发表论文20余篇，其中SCI论文5篇。出版教材、专著、译著2部。联系方式：010-62283147，zhanglin@bupt.edu.cn, http://ant.sice.bupt.cn
    Prof. Lin Zhang got his BS and Ph. D in 1996 and 2001, both from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), China. He was a postdoctoral researcher in Information and Communications University, Korea from Dec. 2000 to Dec. 2002. He went to Singapore and held a Research Fellow in Nanyang Technological University, Signapore from Jan. 2003 to June. 2004. From June 2004, he works for Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as lecturer and associate professor. He is now the deputy dean of Graduate School of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His current research interests include information theory, QoS and policy control in networks and mobile Internet. He has published more than 20 papers in IEICE, ETT and Springer journals. 吕铁军，博士，教授，博士生导师，IEEE高级会员，中国电子学会高级会员，北京邮电大学学术委员会委员。2000年12月毕业于电子科技大学，获通信与信息系统专业的博士学位。2001年1月到2002年12月，在清华大学做博士后研究工作，2003年4月到北京邮电大学任教，同年加入美国常春藤大学之一的“布朗大学（Brown University）工程学院BINARY研究中心”进行合作研究。2005年6月破格晋升教授、博士生导师。2006年度入选教育部 “新世纪优秀人才支持计划”(NCET-06-0091)。2008年9月前往世界著名一流大学——美国斯坦福大学（Stanford University）的电子工程系作客座教授 (Visiting Professor)，与美国工程院院士，IEEE Fellow，享有“DSL之父”美誉的John M. Cioffi教授进行数字通信方面的合作研究。

长期以来，一直从事无线通信系统的理论研究和系统研制，在IEEE Trans., IEEE Letters, IEICE Trans., EURASIP Journal，IEEE会议ICC、GLOBECOM、ICASSP、VTC等国内外权威通信和信号处理刊物上发表学术论文100余篇，其中SCI检索文章近30篇，EI检索文章100多篇。申请19项发明专利，其中包括1项美国发明专利和2项已授权专利。

近年负责和参加各类科研项目近20项，作为负责人主持了8项，它们是国家自然科学基金、2006年教育部新世纪优秀人才项目、高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金、中国博士后科学基金和大唐移动通信设备有限公司横向课题等；作为主研人参加了10多项，它们是国家自然科学基金、863项目、国家重大科技专项、清华大学985基础创新项目和意法半导体等横向课题。

受邀担任IEEE ICCS’2008、IEEE ICC’2010分会联合主席（Co-Chair），IEEE ICCCAS’2007、IEEE ICUWB’2009、IEEE PIMRC’2012、IEEE CSAE’2012和IEEE CIT’2012技术委员会成员（TPC）。受邀担任“两岸清华博士生学术论坛” 学术委员会委员和“信号与信息处理重庆市市级重点实验室”学术委员会委员。
