基本信息
陈婧博士是北京航空航天大学经济管理学院讲师，于新加坡国立大学获博士学位。其研究兴趣集中于数字化赋能下的组织变革与商业创新方面的管理议题，曾深入海尔集团、万华集团、苏宁集团、用友集团等十余家企业以及浙江、山东等地多个淘宝村社区进行深入访谈、开展管理案例研究。多篇文章发表在Information and Management, International Journal of InformationManagement等信息系统领域的国际期刊与国际会议上。
Jing (Elaine) Chen is a Lecturer at Schoolof Economics, Beihang University. She received her doctoral degree in NationalUniversity of Singapore. Her research interest is the managerial issues oforganizational transformation and business innovation in the context of digitalenablement. She has conducted in-depth case studies on over 10 state-ownedenterprises, commercial organizations, rural villages, and nonprofitorganizations in China and Malaysia. She has published her work in Informationand Management, International Journal of Information and Management, andseveral international conferences.
