Thomas DuBois 杜博思，现任文学院民间文学研究所教授。来自美国印第安纳州，1992年芝加哥大学本科毕业，2001年获得加利福尼亚州大学、洛杉矶分校博士学位，先后在美国、新加坡、澳大利亚等国大学任教，在20多个国家开展过研究并发表学术论文，在中国多个省市做过调查研究。近几年从事畜牧生产、牛奶及牛肉产业链以及饮食生产及其文化反应等领域的研究。
