个人介绍甄宗雷,男,2007年毕业于中国科学院自动化研究所,获计算机应用博士学位,同年进入北京师范大学认知神经科学与学习重点实验室工作。研究方向为视觉皮层的解剖和功能组织,具体包括1) 基于多种神经信号(fMRI、EEG、MEG)测量技术,使用深度神经网络(DNN)及贝叶斯统计(Bayes)计算模型定量考察视觉皮层在神经元、体素、脑功能区等不同组织层次上对外部刺激的编码机制。2) 使用多模态磁共振神经测量技术(MRI、dMRI、fMRI),探索视觉皮层的神经解剖基础及发展轨迹,并基于视觉系统解剖架构设计更好的类脑计算模型。相关研究结果已发表在Nature Communication,PLoS Biology,The Journal of Neuroscience,NeuroImage,Human Brain Mapping等主流期刊。
