张强,山东人,洪堡。北京师范大学二级教授,博士生导师,首席科学家,环境演变与自然灾害教育部重点实验室主任,北京师范大学减灾与应急管理研究院院长,北京师范大学校学术委员会委员。曾任中山大学水资源与环境系主任,中山大学地理科学与规划学院院长助理,广东省城市化与地理环境空间模拟重点实验室副主任等职。
1998年毕业于曲阜师范大学地理系,2003年南京大学博士毕业,随后在施雅风院士的指导下从事流域气候变化与水文水资源的研究工作。2005年获德国洪堡基金会“外国科学家研究金”资助(洪堡),赴德国从事科学研究一年。2007年到香港中文大学地理与资源管理系工作两年。2009年中山大学“”人才引进至中山大学地理与规划学院水资源与环境系工作。2010年获中山大学卓越人才计划教师特别津贴。2010年度教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者。2014年获国家科学基金。2015年入选科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”。2016年北京师范大学“领军人才”引进至环境演变与自然灾害教育部重点实验室、减灾与应急管理研究院工作。2017年入选中组部“”科技创新领军人才。2019年荣获“北京市应急管理学科带头人”称号。
长期从事流域水文水资源与流域管理、流域生态需水研究、流域旱涝灾害及可能机理、水文统计与模拟以及大尺度水汽循环对区域水资源影响等方面的研究。到目前为止,主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家基金项目等国家级项目5项,其他项目20余项。
目前为止,在Geophysical Research Letters, Journal of Geophysical Research、Journal of Hydrology、Water Resources Research、Hydrology and Earth System Sciences, Agriculture and Forest Meteorology, Hydrological Processes、International Journal of Climatology、Hydrological Sciences Journal、Global and Planetary Change, Journal of Climate以及地理学报、生态学报、水利学报等国内外学术期刊发表学术论文374篇,其中SCI论文203篇,第一作者(通讯作者)SCI论文181篇。SCI他引5500余次,论文H指数40。
