第一作者或通讯作者在Studies in Mycology　(IF: 9.206，一区)、Fungal Diversity(IF:15.596，一区)、Plant Disease (3.583，一区)、Persoonia (IF:6.860，二区)、Mycologia、Mycoscience、Mycological Research 等SCI期刊发表研究论文40余篇，其中两篇第一作者 SCI 论文被评为高被引用论文 (top 1%)。以第一及通讯作者文章建立了一个新目　(黑星菌目)、6 个新科、14 个新属和38个新种，修订了两个亚目，确定了 50个新组合和 3个属选模标本。
