刘霄泉
现任北京第二外国语学院旅游科学学院副教授、硕士生导师、规划系系主任。教育背景：北京大学资源环境与城乡规划专业，理学学士；北京大学经济学专业，理学学士（双学位）；北京大学历史地理学专业，理学博士（直攻博）；北京大学政府管理学院区域经济学博士后。担任北京区域旅游研究中心副主任、北京大学首都发展研究院兼职研究员、北京大学城市管理研究中心兼职研究员。2012至2013年在北京市旅游发展委员会挂职处长助理；2007年10月-2008年5月受国家留学基金委“高水平一流大学”项目资助于瑞典斯德哥尔摩大学访学。2017年作为成员入选教育部首批全国高校黄大年式教师团队-旅游管理教学团队（排序第十三）。
主要研究领域：首都与京津冀区域协同发展、产业转移与城市空间优化、遗产旅游与城市更新等；主持了国家社会科学青年基金1项、教育部人文社科基金项目1项，参与国家级课题5项，参与部级及地厅级课题10余项；主持参与旅游规划横向课题20余项。在《地理学报》、《地理科学》、《地理研究》、《人文地理》、《经济地理》、《人口与经济》、《资源科学》、《城市与发展研究》等国内杂志刊物上发表论文20余篇（CSSCI&核心期刊10篇）。荣获北京市第十三届哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖（参与专著获奖）、北京市第十四届哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖（参与专著获奖）。

Xiaoquan Liu
She currently serves as an associate professor, master instructor and director of Tourism Planning Department in School of Tourism Sciences in Beijing International Studies University. Her educational background are the following: Peking University, Bachelor of Urban and Rural Planning and Resource Management; Peking University, Bachelor of Economics (Doublemajor); Peking University, Doctor of Historical Geography; School of Government of Peking University, postdoctoral fellow in Regional Economics. She is also served as vice-director of Beijing Regional Tourism Research Center, Part-time researcher of Beijing development institute, Peking University, Part-time researcher of Urban Management Research Center.
Sponsored by China Scholarship Council, she went to University of Stockholm as an exchange-student from Oct. 2007 to May 2008. From 2012 to 2013, she served temporary positions as Bureau Assistant Chief in Beijing Tourism Development Committee. In 2017, he was ranked by the Ministry of Education among the first batch of Huang Da’nian-style Teachers’ Teams—Tourism Management Teachers’ Teams (ranked 13^th) among colleges and universities nationwide as a team member.
Her main fields of research include: Beijing and Capital regional development, Industrial shift and Urban spatial optimization, Heritage tourism and Urban renewal. She presided over one National Social Science Youth Foundation project, one Ministry of Education Social Sciences and Humanities Foundation projects, participated in five other national projects and more than 20 projects of tourism planning. She had published more than 20 papers (10 CSSCI & Peking University core journals) in domestic journals such as Journal of Geographic Science, Journal of Geographical Research, Journal of Scientia Geographica Sinica，Human Geography, Economic Geography, Population and Economics, Resources Science and Urban Development Research，etc.. She was awarded the first prize of the 13th Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievements (Participation in monographs) and the first prize of the 14th Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievements (Participation in monographs).
