为研究弹炮匹配设计中弹丸连续挤进身管过程中坡膛结构的受力规律和摩擦磨损规律,建立了精细化的身管坡膛结构有限元网格模型. 在弹炮耦合热力学有限元模型基础上,综合考虑了火药燃气温度和压力、弹带与坡膛之间摩擦因数的影响,并结合Archard磨损模型,通过数值计算的方法,获得了连续射击环境下,身管坡膛结构的受力规律和由于摩擦导致的磨损量. 研究表明:所建立的精细化身管坡膛有限元模型在反映坡膛摩擦磨损方面具有一定的可信度,同时表明弹带的结构对坡膛受力规律及受力大小有重要影响;单发或者连续射击环境下,膛线起始部阳线过渡处受力和磨损较为严重.
English Summary:
During the firing of the artillery, under the high temperature and high pressure environment, the interaction between the rotating band and the barrel can cause the structural size change of the forcing cone which directly affects the ballistic performance of the gun and the life of the barrel. In order to study the friction and wear laws of the forcing cone during the continuous engraving process, a refined finite element mesh model of the forcing cone structure was established. Based on the projectile-barrel coupling thermodynamic finite element model, the effects of the temperature and pressure of gunpowder gas, the friction coefficient between the rotating band and the forcing cone were comprehensively considered, and combined with the Archard wear model, the numerical calculation method was used to obtain the forcing law of the forcing cone and the amount of wear due to friction under the continuous shooting environment. Analysis results indicate that, the developed refined finite element mesh model of the forcing cone structure possesses an evident effect in expressing the friction and wear of the forcing cone, the structure of rotating band affects the forcing law and the amount of the forcing cone evidently, there is a serious force and wear in the transition part of rifle forepart positive thread under single or continuous shots.
