文中运用有限元法仿真了强力旋压下衬套中产生的残余应力,并基于温度等效模拟法获得了考虑残余应力下的连杆摆动副结构强度特性,进而开展了针对连杆摆动副衬套刚强度特性受减薄率、进给比和热处理温度等衬套工艺参数的规律分析和优化计算.结果表明,减薄率、主轴转速、进给比对残余应力值影响不大,残余应力值沿轴向呈对称分布,且两端较大;在连杆摆动副中,残余应力会使连杆摆动副工作中的应力与变形增大,残余应力较大处增幅明显,而对接触压力影响较小;由响应面优化该型衬套的应力和变形下的最优工艺参数为减薄率28.37%、进给比0.154和热处理温度261.73℃.
English Summary:
In this paper, the residual stress produced in bushing under strong spinning was simulated by finite element method, and the structure strength characteristics of the swinging pair of connecting rod with residual stress were analyzed based on temperature equivalent simulation method. Furthermore, the law analysis and optimization calculation of bushing process parameters such as thinning rate, feed ratio and heat treatment temperature were carried out according to the stiffness and strength characteristics of the bushing in swinging pair of connecting rod. The results show that the thinning rate, spindle speed and feed ratio have little effect on the value of residual stress. The residual stress is distributed symmetrically along the axial direction and is larger at both ends. In the swinging pair working of connecting rod, the residual stress can make the maximum stress and maximum deformation increase, and where the residual stress is larger, the larger of the increase. But the residual stress has a little effect on the contact pressure. Using the response model, the optimal process parameters got based on the stress and deformation of this type of bushing are the thinning rate 28.37%, the feed ratio 0.154 and the heat treatment temperature 261.73 ℃.
