研究方向:
主要从事合成生物学、微生物组学、微生态学研究,以植物天然产物的微生物合成路径的理性设计、植物内生菌群落的数理模型构建与代谢互作机理研究为主要研究内容,利用生物反应系统的化学计量网络分析技术,预测微生物互作、人工途径与底盘细胞代谢网络的互作,然后结合组学技术与分子生物学技术,获得满足应用需求的工业微生物或微生物菌群。
