张永勋, 技术管理工学博士(韩国科学技术院, KAIST), 中医师, 现任北京理工大学管理与经济学院管理工程系副教授、博士生导师。副主编 (Asia Pacific Journal of Information Systems), 编辑审查委员 (Journal of Computer Information Systems) 。
Luke Younghoon Chang is an Associate Professor and a Doctoral Supervisor in the Department of Management Engineering, School of Management and Economics at Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China. He received his Bachelor in Business Administration from Korea University, Post-graduate Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner from Concordia College of TCM, and PhD degree in Business & Technology Management (Information Systems) from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). His research interests include Information privacy, ICT4D, e-business, business analytics and HCI. His articles have appeared in the Information & Management, Government Information Quarterly, Journal of Global Information Management, Behaviour and Information Technology, Industrial Management & Data Systems, Telecommunications Policy, International Journal of Mobile Communications as well as in the proceedings of international conferences. He is currently serving as an associate editor of Asia Pacific Journal of Information Systems, an editorial review board member of Journal of Computer Information Systems, and an external director and global strategy advisor of honeypic.com in South Korea.
