赵 先
　　一、个人简况
　　赵先，管理学博士，教授，博士生导师，教育部新世纪优秀人才，“霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师奖”获得者。现任管理与经济学院副院长。
　　长期从事系统可靠性与管理，质量管理研究，先后主持国家自然科学基金（青年基金、面上项目）4项，北京市优秀人才支持计划，教育部博士点基金，北京市哲学社科基金、北京市高等学校青年英才计划等科研项目。公开发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI/SSCI论文30余篇，累计3篇进入ESI高被引。讲授《管理运筹学》课程，先后获得国家级教学成果二等奖（第四完成人），国家精品在线开放课程（第二主讲人），国家精品资源共享课（第二主讲人）。
　　兼任中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会工业工程分会副理事长，中国运筹学会可靠性分会常务理事，中国系统工程学会系统可靠性工程专业委会委员。
