研究领域：主要研究代数群、量子群以及Hecke代数的结构与表示理论。在分圆箭图Hecke代数（亦称为分圆Khovanov--Lauda--Rouquier代数）的Z分次表示理论、B、C、D型的典型群及量子群与Brauer代数及Birman--Murakami--Wenzl代数之间的整Schur--Weyl对偶理论、G(r,p,n)型分圆Hecke代数及D型Iwahori--Hecke代数的模表示理论等方面取得了一系列创新型的研究成果，在国际上产生影响。论文发表在一些重要的国际主流SCI刊物上，如ProceedingsoftheLondonMathematicalSociety、AdvancesinMathematics、JournalfürdiereineangewanteMathematik等。多次主持国家自然科学基金，多次应邀在国内外重要学术会议上做大会报告，与国际表示论界诸多知名专家(如澳大利亚悉尼大学AndrewMathas教授、德国斯图加特大学数学系的RichardDipper教授等)有着紧密的合作。
受教育经历：
1993年8月~1998年8月,上海市华东师范大学数学系读研究生，毕业并获理学博士学位。
1989年9月~1993年8月,上海市华东师范大学数学系读本科，毕业并获理学学士学位；
