李炳照，男，1975年出生于山东沂南，博士，北京理工大学数学学院副教授，硕士生导师。
研究方向：信号处理中的数学方法。
主要从事小波变换、分数阶Fourier变换、线性正则变换等新颖数学方法的基本理论及其在非平稳信号分析与处理中应用研究。
1998年毕业于山东师范大学数学系获理学学士学位；
2001年毕业于北京理工大学数学系基础数学专业获理学硕士学位并留校任教；
2007年毕业于北京理工大学电子工程系通信与信息系统专业获工学博士学位。
