Abstract:
 The Wigner-Yanase skew information was introduced in the context of quantum measurements. In this talk we present some intimate relations between skew information and Least Square Measurement (LSM). The results provide some operational interpretations of skew information in the theory of quantum coherence and quantum correlations. The duality between correlation measure in terms of skew information and path information needs further research.
