简介：

主要研究方向为自旋电子器件。长期致力于拓扑自旋结构与器件、高质量磁性薄膜生长与表征、半导体器件自旋传输机制、光场调控器件等方面的研究。主持完成自然科学基金青年项目一项，2015年入选中科院青促会会员，曾获中科院院长特别奖、中科院院长优秀奖及中国真空学会博士优秀论文奖。
