简介:
李海欧,男,1985 年3月生于安徽,特任研究员,博士生导师。长期从事基于半导体量子点的量子比特制备、操控和多比特扩展研究。利用关键技术制备了多种复杂半导体量子比特电路,先后实现了单比特超快普适逻辑门、两比特受控非门和三量子比特Toffoli门等,以此构建了基于半导体量子点的量子计算逻辑单元库。进一步设计和制备了硅基半导体自旋编码量子比特,实现了空穴自旋与超导谐振腔微波光子的较强耦合。发表SCI收录论文60多篇,引用600余次,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Communications(2篇)、Physical Review Letters(1篇)、Nano Letters(1篇)、Physical Review Applied(1篇)等期刊发表论文16篇,申请专利14项。主持承担国家基金委面上和青年项目、安徽省量子计算重大专项课题和中国科学技术大学人才启动经费,直接参与科技部重点研发计划、科技部重大研究计划(973)、中科院战略先导B等国家重大研究项目。
主要研究方向:1、硅基半导体量子芯片;2、微纳米结构器件的低温量子输运;3、微波射频电路测量与操控。
