个人简历 Personal resume


李涛,中国科学技术大学化学系教授,博士生导师。主要从事四链核酸调控的DNA纳米分析与应用研究,涉及到以下三个方面:(1)双分子G-四链体、i-motif结构设计与靠近诱导生物分析;(2)四链核酸引导的细胞DNA计算与基因调控;(3)球形核酸酶(SNAzyme)催化发光分析平台与疾病标志物检测。已在Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Nano, Nucleic Acids Res., Anal. Chem.等上发表SCI收录论文60余篇,在Web of Science上累计被引4000余次,H指数为33,在DNA相关领域具有一定的国际影响。
