学士(1983年，南开大学)，硕士(1986年，南开大学)，博士(1997年，英国Sussex大学)。1986年7月至今历任中国科技大学助教、讲师、副教授、教授。其中1993－1996年在英国Sussex大学读博士学位，1999－2000在香港中文大学任Research Associate。
