个人简历 Personal resume


鲍坚强,中国科大与附一院双聘研究员,博士生导师。长期专注于哺乳动物生殖生物学研究,建立优化了一套以胚胎干细胞(ES)同源重组技术为基础的高效制作遗传修饰小鼠动物模型(Genetically Engineered Mouse Model,GEMM)的方法,并结合体外细胞、分子生物学手段,发现了9个与哺乳动物雄性不育密切相关的遗传/表观遗传蛋白质编码基因和5个非编码微小RNA分子(miRNA),并阐明了6条与生殖细胞发育缺陷相关重要信号通路。在生殖发育生物学领域相关主流SCI期刊如PLoS Genetics, Development, Nucleic Acids Research, Cell Death & Differentiation, Cancer Research, JCI insight等共发表SCI论文26篇(第一作者/通讯作者14篇),被引用900余次,获得美国德州表观****奖(Epigenetic Scholar)。
