个人简历 Personal resume


医学博士,教授/主任药师,博士生导师,安徽省学术技术带头人后备人选,安徽省卫健委青年领军人才,附一院首批青年技术骨干和第二届杰出技术骨干,临床药学教研室主任、药剂科副主任。主持课题18项(其中国家自然科学基金3项),以第一/通讯作者发表论文五十余篇(其中SCI论文21篇),主编和副主编论著各1部,获安徽省科技成果1项、省级教学成果一等奖2项,主持开展院三新项目9项。是国家卫健委精准医疗远程会诊专家委员会委员、国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家、国家执业药师工作专家、中国药学会循证药学专委会委员、安徽省药学会常务理事、安徽省药学会药物经济学专委会副主任委员。 目前重点进行代谢性疾病的分子机制研究。近年来,坚持将基础研究与应用研究紧密结合,在糖尿病及其并发症的发病机理和相关分子机制、药物治疗新靶点等方面进行了深入探索。本人带领的研究团队,重点从糖尿病肾病的炎症免疫机制着手,以肾小球系膜细胞和足细胞为靶细胞,从分子水平研究疾病状态下的非编码RNA、相关信号通路的变化及其对细胞功能和疾病进程的影响,探讨糖尿病肾病的发病机制;并通过传统中药黄连及其有效成分小檗碱对糖尿病肾病的作用研究,为筛选新的糖尿病肾病治疗药物和寻找新的药物作用靶点提供技术平台。
