个人简历 Personal resume


徐云，男，博士，中国科学技术大学计算机系教授。2002年中国科学技术大学计算机系博士毕业，获计算机软件与理论专业博士学位,现在国家高性能计算中心（合肥）从事研究工作。近几年主要研究多核并行理论和方法、并行应用系统开发、生物文献挖掘与生物信息学等。至今主持国家自然基金面上项目、国家重点自然基金子课题、973子课题、863子课题、中科院软件所开放基金项各1项，国家精品课程“并行计算”网络教学建设应用项目的主要参加人，并作为骨干参与了863、973、发改委、工信部等国家级课题及省部级科研项目10多项。在Bioinformatics、BMC Bioinformatics、计算机学报和软件学报等刊物和国际学术会议上发表学术论文50余篇。
