个人简历 Personal resume


吴强，男，博士，中国科学技术大学管理学院教授（博士生导师）。科研工作集中于科技管理和学术评估领域的研究，在国际学术评估领域首次提出了“W指数”、“混合/纯/非纯代际引用”、“引用个人展示”、“基本支配关系”、“马修迹象”、“与H指数不近也不远”等具有较高理论价值和较强应用前景的新概念、新准则和新方法，取得了较为丰硕的研究成果，在国内外产生了较大反响，为推动科学计量学与信息计量学的发展做出了一定的贡献。 ○ 提出的W指数在国际学术评价领域得到一定程度的应用并按照姓氏被命名为Wu-index。国际知名数据库RePEc每个月都会采用Wu-index对注册的5万多名经济****进行排名，参见https://ideas.repec.org/top/top.person.windex.html。 ○ 世界著名学术机构英国物理学会（IOP）对W指数进行了专门报道，题目是"What’s your Wu-index ?"，参见http://physicsworld.com/cws/article/news/2008/jun/05/whats-your-wu-index。 ○ 一些知名专家教授在个人简介中给出了各自的W指数作为自身学术影响力的代表性指标，如英国牛津大学物理学教授J. Jones、美国圣菲研究所物理学教授T. Bhattacharya、瑞典Uppsala University经济学教授H. Ohlsson，匈牙利Semmelweis University生物化学教授P. Csermely，等等。 ○ 美国艺术与科学院院士、麻省理工学院经济学教授G. Ellison已经撰写学术论文从实证角度证明了W 指数比H指数更有效，是最好的定量学术评价指标。 ○ 培养的一名博士毕业生（学科专业：管理科学与工程）获得2018年中国科学技术大学优秀博士学位论文提名奖。 ○ 科研成果2013年获得教育部第六届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）二等奖（排名第一）。【注：该奖每三年评选一次，“是目前为止我国人文社科领域的最高科研奖项，在一些重要评估中被视同为与理工科国家三大奖相当或接近”，属于权威奖项。】
