个人简介:许俊,合肥工业大学电子科学与应用物理学院教授,入选 “黄山青年****”。2012年在香港城市大学物理及材料科学系获取博士学位,之后在香港城市大学超金刚石及先进薄膜研究中心(COSDAF)从事博士后研究,2013年加入合肥工业大学工作至今。已发表SCI论文60余篇和专著章节1篇;其中,以第一作者/通讯作者发表了研究论文和邀请综述40余篇(IF>20的3篇、10-20的20篇),包括Adv. Mater.、Adv. Energy Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Nano Letters、ACS Nano、Nano Energy、Small和J. Mater. Chem. A等。以第一发明人获授权国家发明专利6项。研究工作受到了国内外同行专家的广泛关注,论文被引用3500余次,H因子33,7篇入选ESI “高被引论文” (Top 1%),1篇入选ESI “热点论文”(Top 0.1%),引用超过100次的论文有11篇。多篇研究成果被“Materials View China”等评为亮点研究报道或热点论文,并被《科技日报》、《中国科学报》和《中国新闻网》等媒体报道。

目前指导在读硕士研究生14人,指导已毕业硕士研究生15人(其中5人荣获“研究生国家奖学金”、1人荣获“安徽省品学兼优毕业生”)。
