个人简介:罗林保,教授,博士生导师。1981年8月生,安徽肥东人。中国电子学会会员,国际电气和电子工程师学会高级会员(IEEE, Senior Member)。2009年于香港城市大学物理及材料科学系获哲学博士学位,2011年任合肥工业大学电子科学与应用物理学院教授。近几年主要从事新型高性能半导体光电子器件及光电集成技术方面的研究工作。迄今为止已经在Adv. Mater., Nano Lett., Opt. Express, IEEE TED, Adv. Funct. Mater., Laser Phonics Rev., Adv. Opt. Mater., Appl. Phys. Lett.等学术期刊上发表SCI研究论文170篇(其中第一/通讯作者论文100多篇),相关论文被SCI 检索引用超6000次,单篇最高引用超200次,累计有9篇论文先后入选ESI高被引论文(1%),目前个人h-因子为46。累计以第一发明人申请国家发明专利21项,已获授权15项。John-Wiley旗下的“Materials View中国”, “Nanotechweb.org”等网站或媒体曾多次报道本研究团队在高性能微纳米光电子器件领域的重要工作。相关成果也先后被“中国新闻网”、“中国科学报”、“新华社”等国内主要媒体报道和转载。

研究生招生:本人课题组每年招收硕士生4-5人,希望考生具有半导体物理、电子科学与技术、应用物理学等专业的背景,并对半导体光电子器件领域有着浓厚的兴趣。目前本人指导硕士研究生13人,博士研究生4人。课题组族研究生毕业以后有多位去ASML、华为、应用材料、长鑫存储等著名半导体公司工作。另外,本课题组毕业生先后有多位同学赴美国南加州大学、新加坡国立大学、香港大学,香港理工大学攻读博士学位。我们与美国、澳洲、韩国、香港等多个国家和地区的课题组保持良好的合作关系,对于表现优异的学生,将推荐去其境外大学交流访问,或攻读博士学位(可享受全额奖学金)。
本科生招生:本课题组常年招收电物/微电子学院的成绩优秀的本科生参与实验室的研究项目或大创项目。迄今为止已经有多个学生通过在本实验室开展研究工作,最终顺利被录取美国、新加坡、香港等地的名校的全奖博士研究生。
